CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book with Salt & Glow, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at saltandglowcr@gamil.com or 920-445-5875 at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us, a no-show fee of 50% of the service price will be charged. Clients who frequently cancel or reschedule at the last minute may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings or may be subject to having their appointment privileges revoked.
